History of the hospital:
In 1933, one building for the treatment of patients was built in the ruins of the Sonbolastan Palace, which referred to the Sasanian empire and the reign of Khosrow Parviz. At first, the name of this building was Sonbolastan Hospital and later, it was known as Amin Medical Center.
Gradually, two medical institutes were established next to the hospital building for training medicine. After some times, a maternity ward, an inpatient ward and a number of administrative buildings were added to the hospital by the late Amin al-Tojar. Then, the current building of Amin Hospital, which includes different departments, was built in the old part of the hospital by the late Amin Al-Tojar.
At first, the management of this hospital was under the supervision of the municipal administration, then it was handed over to the Health Association, and then it came under the supervision of the Health Department, and finally, in 1969, it was handed over to the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Isfahan.
